5 things I didn’t do to book out my 1:1 coaching⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There’s no single ‘right’ way to do online business, & as an introvert many of the standard marketing practices just don’t do it for me. Here are a few things I decided to skip while selling out my 1:1 spots…⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Launching – Look I know people who launch to sell out their 1:1 for 6 months, or others that launch a group or digital product & inevitably make high ticket sales off the back of it. Both of those are solid strategies & I absolutely think launching is a powerful way to sell. But for where I am in my business right now the amount of time & energy a launch would have required just didn’t make sense.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cold DMing potential clients – Just no.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Chopping & changing tactics every few weeks – I came up with a solid plan, & worked at it until it worked.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Signing everyone who applied to work with me – If clients weren’t a good fit, either energetically or because of where they were in business, I pointed them somewhere else that suited them better.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Coaching through objections on sales calls – None of my clients were forced, ‘convinced’ or shamed into working with me. Some of them had genuine concerns about investing, the discomfort of growth etc, which we discussed on the call, but ultimately I want them to be a ‘hell yes’, not sign up under pressure then regret it. I’ve experienced those tactics & they don’t have a place in my business.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I hope this has given you permission to book out your business in your own introvert-friendly way!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
