Against the grain

December 11, 2020

Why I chose to go against the grain & offer a 100% money back guarantee for my coaching
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have to say that decision has proven pretty polarizing…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But the guarantee came from a place of listening to my audience
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of hearing how people had made investments then very quickly realised that they were a bad fit with the coach
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How they felt uncomfortable with the strategies they’d been told to use
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How they didn’t like how they’d been spoken to – that the coach on the discovery call (charming) was a very different person to the coach on the calls (uninterested)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And this makes me sad
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So this guarantee came from a place of wanting to make it feel SAFE to invest in me
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To trust your gut
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
To know that, if for some reason your introvert intuition was off on that day it’s not going to cost you financially
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or that if my sales copy is THAT good that my actual coaching doesn’t live up to it, I’m the one who loses out, not you!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It also came from a place of having confidence in myself & my offer
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
From knowing that no one has ever said they’ve regretted working with me, or asked to cancel their contract
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But that’s easy for me to say – so I wanted to make it easy for you to know it’s true
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So essentially the guarantee came from me bringing my top core value to my business…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Integrity
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is another reason why knowing your core values is so essential when making decisions in your business
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because once I ran it through the filter of ‘integrity’ the guarantee was an absolute no brainer, it was a hell yes!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How would you feel knowing every decision you made in your business was that aligned & easy?
