The Internet tells us it’s all about ‘ease & flow’. But on the next screen it tells us to ‘hustle’
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then it tells us it’s ALL about passive income. But the next post you read says VIP 1:1 coaching is the only service you should sell
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The Internet says don’t share your prices until you’re on a sales call. It also says to display them on your website…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It says market organically. And run ads
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It says manifest your goals – you create your own life! Then it says wait, trust the Universe, everything is planned out for you…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It says you need to be on TikTok. It says good old email marketing is still queen
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It says one thing, then says the complete opposite
ALL THE DAMN TIME
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Let’s be honest – it would be a really shit book 🤣
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Full of contradictions
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So if you use The Internet as your main source of business advice…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And you feel confused about what you should be doing (or feeling) in your biz…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s really no surprise
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m not saying there’s not a TON of value online, there is – but you can’t use every piece of it, & not all at once
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They’re ‘scraps’ – tasty, but they don’t add up to the main course of a solid business plan or strategy
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And if you’re an introvert/sensitive entrepreneur, the volume of info is just exhausting
