This week I’m speaking to my former mentor, Ruth Kudzi. Ruth works with established entrepreneurs who want to uplevel their mindset and strategy to scale, and also trains people to become certified coaches. When she went through coaching training herself she noticed a big gap – there was no training on how to actually get clients. She decided to build her own certified coaching academy using a variety of approaches which have a strong foundation in Psychology and Neuroscience, helping coaches build businesses they love so they can feel fulfilled and have financial reward.
Ruth and I discuss:
- Why Ruth decided to shut down some of the most profitable parts of her business
- The three R’s: referrals, reputation, and results
- Why you don’t need to have a complex funnel to be successful
- Outsourcing and why you don’t have to do it all to be authentic
- Pushing your content towards what you want to monetize
- Scheduling self-care into your routine and committing to it
- Ruth’s new program, Spiral – an energetic clearing system based in neuroscience
